About Us
Portable Technology Solutions, LLC (PTS) is a leading provider of user configurable, data collection software and systems with over 8,000 active customers. As developers of TracerPlus mobility software and ClearStream fixed RFID software, PTS provides solutions for any kind of organization, any type of system and any budget. PTS solutions require no programming experience, enabling users of any ability to configure, deploy and use.
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Calverton, NY, Portable Technology Solutions also maintains an active presence in Europe and partners with hardware manufacturers, worldwide distributors and OEM solution providers.

Joseph Kraebel
Joseph Kraebel, a Mobile Solutions Architect at PTS since 2004, boasts a rich history of crafting and supporting over 1000 mobile apps.
From the early days of simple Palm OS apps, he has witnessed the evolution of the intricate applications achievable on modern Android and iOS devices.
Joe is pivotal in ensuring seamless software releases, diligently preventing major bugs from reaching the public.
Beyond app creation and software testing, he indulges in a passion for golf, often found on the links striving to break par.
Kristin Comeau
As a dedicated TracerPlus and ClearStream RFID Specialist, Krisitn demonstrates daily that deploying Barcode, RFID, or BLE Solutions doesn't require a rocket scientist—just a TracerPlus and ClearStream RFID Specialist like herself.
She enjoys offering insights into all the components that go into a data capture solution while bringing adaptability and determination to the ever-evolving technology landscape and collaborating with leading manufacturers. She emphasizes the power of cooperation to enhance solutions.

Michelle Priceman
Michelle, an account manager at PTS since 2019, navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic's tail end and the onset of supply chain disruptions, fortifying her resilience and creativity in meeting customer needs.
Her passion lies in engaging with customers at PTS, where she excels in finding efficient ways to streamline business processes through barcode and RFID solutions.
Beyond the professional realm, Michelle enjoys cooking, gardening, and getting lost in a good book.
